Leigha Tilton ’15, enters her third season as an assistant coach with the Knights in 2017-18, specializing in multi-events and the high jump.
As a student-athlete at Geneseo, Tilton was a SUNYAC runner-up in the heptathlon as a senior (4,081) in an effort that helped her team capture a SUNYAC team championship in 2015. She was also a consistent scorer in the high jump and sprints, and was a member of two school-record showings in the 4x100m (48.81) and 4x200m (1:45.73) relays.
A 2011 graduate of nearby Livonia High School, she went on to earn an associates degree in human services from Finger Lakes Community College in 2013, before transferring to Geneseo where she earned a bachelors degree in sociology. She currently works as a paraprofessional at Rush Henrietta Central Schools.
