GENESEO, N.Y. - SUNY Geneseo junior forward McKenna Brooks scored a game-high 21 points and snagged seven rebounds to lead the Knights to a 90-63 victory over visiting Morrisville on Tuesday night at Schrader Gymnasium.

The Knights jumped out to an early 13-3 lead with 5:46 left to play in the first quarter forcing a Mustangs timeout
A bucket by Brooks with 30 seconds left in the second quarter ended an 8-0 run by Morrisville (1-3) as Geneseo (3-1) entered the half with a 38-29 lead.
Geneseo first-year guard Lindsay Halpin notched two three-pointers to help the Knights expand their lead to 50-31 during a 12-2 run to start the second half.
The Knights started the fourth quarter with a 12-0 run and never let the Mustangs within 20 points as they earned the win.
Geneseo scored 90 points in a game for the first time since Feb. 15, 2003, in a victory over Potsdam, 90-56.
The Knights shot a season-high 52.2% (36-for-69) from the field and forced 19 Mustangs turnovers.
Halpin finished with 13 points, seven rebounds, four steals and match junior forward Alyssa Lesakowski with a team-high six assists.
First-year forward Kerrin Montgomery added 12 points and 11 rebounds for her first collegiate double-double, while first-year guard Allyson Strauss scored her first career field goal, a three-pointer in the final minute of play.
Geneseo will host Alfred in a non-conference contest on Tuesday, Nov. 28.
