Kim Tabbed Longstreth/NFHCA All-American

GENESEO, N.Y. - SUNY Geneseo senior defender Julia Kim was named to the Longstreth/NFHCA All-America team for the second-straight season, announced by the organization on Wednesday.

Kim was named to the Longstreth/NFHCA All-America Second Team, becoming the first Knight to be named a two-time All-American after earning third-team honors last season. The two-time SUNYAC Defensive Player of the Year scored nine goals, handed out three assists and made three defensive saves for the Knights. She anchored a defensive unit that allowed just 1.31 goals per game and recorded eight shutouts.

Geneseo finished with a program-record 19 wins, scored a program-record 88 goals, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament Round of 16 for the first time in program history.
